Hospital Indemnity Insurance

Receive financial support if you or a covered dependent need to stay in the hospital. Hospital Indemnity Insurance is administered by Voya.

Hospital Indemnity Insurance is a voluntary benefit that supplements your medical coverage. It pays a daily benefit for covered stays in a hospital, critical care unit, or rehabilitation facility.

Here’s a high-level overview of Hospital Indemnity Insurance. For more information, review the Hospital Indemnity Insurance Benefit Summary.

Who You Can Cover You may cover yourself, your spouse/domestic partner and/or dependent children (including newborns).
What’s Covered

  • Hospital admission and confinement

  • Rehab facility confinement

Benefit payments can be used however you want (e.g., for everyday expenses, lost income, child care, deductibles, copays) and are paid in addition to any other coverage you may already have.
