COBRA: 60 days to decide
If you were enrolled in BMO medical, dental or vision coverage at the time you left, you have 60 days to elect COBRA coverage for up to 18 months. You are required to pay the full premium, plus a 2% administrative fee. Learn more.
COBRA is also available for the Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA). If you elect COBRA coverage, you may submit eligible expenses incurred through the duration of your COBRA continuation period by completing a Health Care FSA Claim Form.
Otherwise, unused dollars in your HCFSA will be forfeited after the last day of the month in which your employment ends.Important Contacts
