Back-up Care
When you need to arrange care for your children or elder relatives, BMO offers back-up care through Bright Horizons.
How it works
BMO offers support to help you care for your loved ones when you need it most:
- Back-up child care for dependent children up to age 13. Ten days per child, per year from a Bright Horizons child care facility (available nationwide). Maximum of five consecutive days at a time.
- Back-up adult/elder care including relatives. Six visits of back-up in-home care. Maximum of five consecutive days at a time.
Prior to reserving back-up care, you and your dependents must be registered with Bright Horizons. Complete the online registration, before you need back-up care, so that the reservation process goes smoothly when you need it.
