Complement your BMO medical coverage with additional financial support if you need to stay in the hospital. Voya administers Hospital Indemnity Insurance.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance is a voluntary benefit that supplements your medical coverage. It pays a daily benefit if you or a covered family member are admitted to a hospital, critical care unit, or rehabilitation facility. The benefit amount depends on the plan. Payments are made directly to you and can be used however you see fit.

The benefit amount depends on the plan you are enrolled in:
You pay the full cost of Hospital Indemnity Insurance through automatic, after-tax payroll deductions. See Hospital Indemnity Insurance Premiums. |

Wellness Benefit | If you or your spouse/domestic partner complete a health screening, you will each receive $50, payable once a year from Voya. Each child who completes a health screening will also receive $50. Learn more. | |||||||||||||||||||||
Filing a Claim | Once your coverage goes into effect, you can file a claim for covered illness/condition on the Voya website. | |||||||||||||||||||||
Portability (When you leave BMO) | If you leave BMO or retire, you can take your coverage with you. |
