Family Building Benefits

There are many different paths to becoming a parent. To support your journey, BMO offers reimbursement for eligible adoption, surrogacy, and fertility-related expenses.

How it works

BMO will reimburse you for eligible adoption, surrogacy, and fertility-related expenses up to $20,000, even if both parents work for BMO.

To be reimbursed for qualified adoption, surrogacy, and fertility-related expenses, submit a Family Building Benefit Reimbursement form with the applicable documentation to BMO U.S. Benefits. Once approved, the reimbursement will be part of the next regularly scheduled payroll.

Growing your family? Be sure to update your beneficiary designations.
